The screenshot on top is from NYC 22, 1x03 “Thugs and Lovers”. The guy on the right, as you know, is Officer Kenny McLaren played by Stark Sands. The man on his left is his father, Deputy Inspector Dennis McLaren portrayed by Robert John Burke.
The two on the bottom are screenshots from Generation Kill 1x02, “Cradle of Civilization”. Burke played General James Mattis, commander of the 1st Marine Division while Sands played Lt. Nathaniel Fick, the CO of Bravo 2 under the 1st Marine Division.
